Athena Bridal Jewellery operates a seven day no quibble guarantee on all items (excluding earrings) please email us before returning anitem at sales@athenabridaljewellery.com 

Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the on-line catalogue, Athena  Bridal Jewellery reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price. Customers will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed.
Due to the proliferation of internet credit card fraud, the Company also reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.

Damaged goods

If your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately on 0845 257 0766 and return the product to us at:

We will replace your item free of charge after examination of the goods and take your case up with Royal Mail.
